House Rules

 

 

It has brought us much pleasure over the years to provide comfortable and stylish accommodations to couples, families and friends.  Over this time period we have developed some rules for our guests to follow while staying with us. If you have any questions or need any clarifications please contact us. We wish you an enjoyable stay.

  • Only guests that are staying with us are allowed on the property.

​

  • No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on our property. Please go into the street or to the beach to smoke.

​

  • No pets of any kind are allowed on our property due to high allergies of my child and wife. We do not make any exceptions so please do not ask.

  • No parties are allowed at our property.

​

  • Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

​

  • Guests that use the BBQ area or any other common area are asked to clean up after themselves and to be respectful of other guests.

  • We have 1 on-site parking spot per apartment. Any additional vehicles will have to park on the street.  Our neighborhood is very safe and we have never had issues of any kind.

Cancellation Policy

  • A 95% refund will be applied if you notify us in writing at least 15 days prior to your check-in date.

​

  • A 50% refund will be given if you notify us in writing at least 8 days prior to your check-in date.

​

  • If less than 8 days notice then no refund will be given.

​

 An exception will be given for inclement weather under the following conditions.

​

  • If according to the National Hurricane Center a hurricane is confirmed to make direct contact with Puerto Rico within 48 hours of your check-in date a 90% refund will be given.

​

  • We do not give refunds for tropical depressions or tropical storms. 

​

  • We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance.

​
